Refund policy

Due to the nature of FMCG and food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.


However, returns or refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Package is leaking, broken, or tampered
  • Product missing from the order


Conditions for Claim

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please share:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the product and package
    • Reason for the complaint


Refund Process

  • After verifying the issue, we may offer:
    • Replacement of the product, or
    • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Orders damaged due to incorrect handling after delivery
